FAQ
Clear boundaries before you buy.
Who is FieldLedger built for?
The initial offer is for small kitchen exhaust and hood-cleaning contractors who need an organized record of each visit, its photos, and any work that could not be completed.
Does FieldLedger certify regulatory compliance?
No. FieldLedger records work and observations entered by the service provider. The contractor remains responsible for qualifications, procedures, local requirements, and professional judgment.
Can technicians work without a reliable signal?
Open the assigned stop while connected. Checklist drafts and pending photos are saved on that device during interruptions. Reconnect to upload evidence and finalize the record. Signing in and loading workspace data require a connection. Signing out clears local drafts.
What does the launch plan cost?
The Starter plan is $49 per month for up to three field technicians, with a 14-day workspace trial. Subscription payments and cancellation are managed through Stripe.
